Looking for Projects in Melbourne, AUS

The hunt is on for cool web projects. I've left my job and I have two clients. I'm probably going to need more.

Melbourne has a shortage of hackers. Except that it probably doesn't, we just aren't matching the right talent with the right project. I've worked with plenty of people who weren't suited to the project, their productivity was down, the project suffered.

I haven't quite grasped what it is I am going to do with my business, but I've got the problem statement. Add to that that I can and do build cool things, it looks like it's probably going to be a digital agency. I've considered making myself a recruiter for I.T., but I could only do that some of the time, and it would probably be a side project / service offered for free.

So comes the question, with all of the businesses with projects looking for people... where do I find them all?
